This is my carpet in my living room. It is from the 70's. It isn't so bad! And no it's not shag!!

Oh - there's some chocolate chip in there too! When we moved into our house two years ago, our family room carpet was brown tartan! You could almost do the "highland fling" on it! Replacing it was even more fun because it was glued down...
Oh wow, look at that snazzy pattern, too!
Ok, so it isn't the most beautiful carpet. At least it isn't shag or dirt floors. :)
I think that this would be a nice color combo for the fall, but certainly a challenge the rest of the year. :)
