TTC2

This is my card for Nancy and Cindy's Try This Challenge #2. This week's challenge was to use punches in a creative way.

I used 2 Stampin Up punches, Snow blossom for the star of my tree which I made from the Paper Piecing (retired) punch.

The ornament stamps are from Stampendous and free hand cut. Cardstock is Wild Wasabi and Whisper White from SU, and Bazzill brown of some sort.

Patterned Paper is Basic Grey- Blitzen (I think, off the top of my head).
Direct to paper ink- Van Dyke Brown ink pad. Used stickles for the star to sparkle atop my tree.

little christmas cards

Made these little Christmas cards quite a while ago one stamp night with Cindy. I hadn't really been into the Christmas mood enough to post them till now. Now I am in the Christmas mood!! I bought my first tree (artificial) and will be setting it up this year for me to enjoy!! I also had an egg-nog latte this weekend. whoo hoo!! :0) The Starbucks is all decked out in full Christmas gear, which always makes me happy. So happpppy!! Happy enough to post Christmas cards. Was thinking of using these for gift tags or on gift bags. They were super easy using scraps!

Also got an amazing jump start on my other Christmas cards, I just need to assemble them. It will be the earliest ever that I have had all my cards done for mailing out!! Yeah!!

SU-ink, cardstock -Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip,Not Quite Navy, Creamy Caramel, punches- ticket corner and horizontal slot, markers stamp sets- Festive Favourites, All Year Cheer 1 (retired), Cute Converse (retired), brad. Other Ribbon- unknown.
