Altered cap using scrapbooking supplies.

This is my altered baseball cap using scrapbooking supplies, and a sticker from Ballard (Seattle area) Washington "Cupcake Royale" store. (which is located in a coffeeshop which I can't remember the name of, sorry) I had gone down there a few weekends ago to see my good friend and had "the best weekend ever." It even included an exciting film at the Seattle International Film Festival!!!! Whoo-hoo!! Where I saw this film, Vanaja. The director was there to introduce the film and to take questions after the film was over. It was a great experience.

This is me in my altered hat for the Mad Hatter's Tea that I attended at Andrea and Cindy's church last week. We had made the 160 cards for the tea. Andrea and Cindy made the approximately 240 cupcakes!! The speaker and evening was really good. I am really glad that I went, despite my not wanting to wear a hat. After I altered my Yankees hat into a cupcake hat I was okay with wearing a hat. I use my Heidi Swapp ghost flowers in pink, and ribbon from my stash. Plus I mounted the sticker on some black cardstock. Used a MOD by Autumn leaves pillow cushion as a tag on the back. Am I allowed to say too cute?

One of the four card designs that Cindy, Andrea and I made for the tea party. Cindy had stamped it all out and we had lots of scraps leftover that we were trying to figure out what to do with for card #4. I had seen Beate's sketch earlier in the week and this is what we came up with. The cupcakes in real life are glittery. The cupcakes are from Lockhart stamps. The Best Wishes stamp is from Cindy's
